3. Google Tag Manager and GA4

We use services provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to analyze user behavior and manage website tags.

Google Tag Manager (GTM)
GTM is a solution that allows us to manage website tags through an interface. The tool itself (which implements the tags) is a cookie-less domain and does not collect personal data. However, it triggers other tags (like GA4) which may collect data.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
We use GA4 to understand how visitors interact with our site and WebGL applications.
Data Processed: IP address (anonymized), usage data, click path, device information.
Legal Basis: Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We only activate GA4 if you give your explicit consent via our cookie banner.
Anonymization: We use the "IP Anonymization" function, meaning your IP address is shortened within the EU/EEA before being transmitted to the US.
Opt-out: You can withdraw your consent at any time via our [Cookie Settings] or by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

4. Technical Delivery and WebGL

To provide a stable experience for our interactive content, we use specific technical measures:

Cloudflare: We use Cloudflare to secure and speed up our website (Content Delivery Network). This is based on our legitimate interest in providing a secure and performant website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Local/Session Storage: Our WebGL applications store data locally to cache assets and improve loading times. This is "strictly necessary" for the service you requested (Section 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG).

5. International Data Transfers (USA)

Since the Data Controller is based in the USA and we use Google services, your data may be processed in the United States.
Important: We rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework for certified providers (like Google) or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure a level of data protection equivalent to that of the EU.

6. Contact and Communication

If you contact us via email, we process your email address and the content of your message to handle your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We delete this data once the matter has been conclusively resolved and statutory retention periods have expired.
